The land has a total area of 21,865 m² and is divided into 25 plots: 19 plots designated for villas, 3 plots for townhouses (each townhouse consists of 6 apartments), one plot for a hotel, one plot for a road, and one plot for parking.
The overall development concept for the complex is ready. The first phase (five villas) is ready for the final project stage (two villas are awaiting building permits, with all documentation already submitted). Technical and urban planning conditions have been obtained for the first four phases (residential area).
